Landscape Designs for Whole Yard, Small Spaces, & More

Maybe you just need plant suggestions, curb appeal or a new way to look at your outdoor space. This option could work for you if you have a small yard and are a bit stuck in moving forward. This includes a scaled color plan and you can add a photo-realistic rendering or 3-D computer model of the area.

Large Scale / Whole Site Landscape Plan PacKAGe

This is a great option for a new home or if your whole yard needs a revamp. You will end up with landscape plans that can be built by a contractor and/or submitted to an HOA. We will also a bids from a trusted contractor as a part of this package.

Construction Management

This is available once the plans we have created are under construction. We will serve as a point of contact for the contractor and ensure that everything is going according to plan.

Permit Plans

Permit plans and obtaining permits is a service that we offer if you just need to obtain a permit (not as part of a design) or it can be included as part of a design package for your project. This is done in conjunction with the contractor installing the project.

STEP ONE

The process starts with a free discovery call that you can book here. Here, we discuss your project, the design process and schedule a time to meet.

We will meet at your project site for the initial consultation and discuss what it is you want to do in your space. After the meeting we will send you a proposal and once accepted we will get to work on your project!!

STEP TWO

We will meet, usually one to two weeks after the acceptance of the proposal, depending on the size of the project to review one or two concepts for your project giving you plenty of opportunity for feedback. The goal is to ensure you are happy with the plans!

STEP THREE

About two weeks later, depending on the size of your project, we will meet to review the plan package we created. At this point, you can still make a revision. If a revision is necessary, we will meet once more to review that final plan. With your permission at this point, we will send plans to contractors and get bids to have your project installed.

Michelle Langdon designed a common area for our complex in 2017. I’m writing this review now because all of the plants have grown in and are beautiful! We had very little plant material loss, I think that is likely because Michelle selected plants that she knew would grow well in that environment. Our tenants LOVE the design as well, each tenant now has a space for themselves and a common area that they use for entertaining. The putting green is super cool and adds a lot to the overall look, which I think is hard to do because often times the putting greens look tacky-tacky, but because of the design, it looks like an actual mini golf hole and the green pops out perfectly. There is no way I could have come up with the ideas Michelle produced, her creative eye was both functionally and aesthetically present at all phases of our design.
